What is Konjac ?

“Porang”, also known as konjac (Amorphophallus Muelleri) can be commonly found in East and Southeast Asia. Konjac has been globally recognized for ages as the main ingredient in Shirataki and Konnyaku.

Konjac is hydrogel polysaccharide obtained from extraction of konjac plant tubers with high molecular weight and non-ionic Konjac Glucomannan.
